ゲーム

すみません、でも　ぼくは 何をかきたいですか。わかりません。たぶん、さくぶんのゲームをについてかきます。いつも生かつの中にゲームをしました。いちばんゲームをしましたこどものとき。よく家族とうちでゲームの ストリートファイター(Street Fighter)を しました。そして、家族のうちでも しました。とてもむずかして たのしかったです。そして、たくさんじかん ともだちと ポッケトモンヅター(Pokemon)を しに あいました。いろいろゲームを しました、でも、そのにゲームたくさんもっとじかんを　しました。今、よくりょうの中で　ともだちと　ポッケトモンスターと　ファチングーゲームを　しに　あいます。そのあと、ともだちと　ぼくは　たいていそのゲームと　アニメと　おんがくと　まいにちの　生かつについてはなします。こどものときゲームを　しました、今にも　します、あした　にも　します！

せんしゅうの しゅまつ

おはよお。せんしゅうの　しゅまつは　たのしいでした。いちばん、Japan Clubの　パーチーに　いきました　そして　おにぎりを　しました。　つぎ、ごご　くじよんじゅうっぷんに　Fisher Funkに　いきました。そして、ボーリングを　しました。ごぜん　さんじごろ　ねました。　どようび　ごごいちじごろ　おきました、そしてさんじじゅうっぷんに　にほんごの　しゅくだいを　しました。ろくじはんに　ばんごはんを　たべました。そして、はちじに　Anime Clubが　ありました。ろく　ひとに　きました。ラッセルさんは　しつぼう　しました。でも、　フィシャーホールで ヱヴァンゲリヲンしんげきじょばんを　みました。とても　りっぱなえいが　でした！にちようび　じゅうにじにじゅっぷんに　おきました。じゅうによんじゅうごふんに　ひるごはんを　たべました。　つぎ、ごご　いちじはんごろ　ポケモンを　あそびました　と　ますを　べんきょうしました。ろくじはんに　ばんごはんを　たべました。しちじごろ　りょうに　かえりました。ごぜん　さんじごろ　ねました。あのう、じゃあ　また。

やった！

A lot stuff of stuff is going in the video game world right now. かすがの　さくら, one of my favorite characters from Street fighter, is confirmed to be in Street fighter 4. As expected, my big brother's favorite, あくま/ごうき、returns. I can expect to lose even more now. Besides that, pokemon platinum is doing great in Japan, a new Sin and Punishment, Tales of Symphonia, Tenchu, Castlevania, and so many others are coming out. There is so much be excited about. On top of that, I'll be able to see the Rebuild of Evangelion this weekend. Now, to just get my homework out of the way...

Curent Status

Things seem to be looking good right now. I might start getting sleep soon, I know more fellow fans of ポケモン now than I ever did before, there are plenty of アニメ　and まんが I have yet to watch or see, and there is a lot music I still need to listen to. Depending on how I did on my Common Human Diseases exam, I might be able to say I'm doing well right now. I'll know soon. あのう、じゃあ　また。

ぼくの　へやは　おおきくじゃあありません。　でも、いい　ですよ。いつ　ぼく　いちばん　へやに　はいりました、とても　ちさい　でした　から　でした。　いま、　ぼくの　へやは　せいかつで　あります。　みぎがわに　ちさいベッドで　あります。そして、くろいテレビ　と　にんてんどウィー　と　くろいコンピュータで　ぼくのへやに　デベデ　と　ゲームガ　アリマスが　あります。そして、ラーメン　と　ジュースが　あります。　そして、よく　おんがくで　あります。　きれいでした、でも　いま　きれいじゃありません。そして、ときどき　せまいです。でも、　ぼくの　へやは　とても　いいですよ。
　　

Distractions

It was not a good idea to help my friend Pete get Soul Calibur 4(ソウルキャリバーIV). It is just as fun as ever, and that is exactly the problem. I didn't nearly as much as much work done as planned. On top of that, seeing my friend Nate get through the last part of Pokemon Battle Revolution(ポケモンバトルレボリューション) made me want to play pokemon again. At least I know my favorites from Soul Calibur 3, namely Mitsurugi (御剣 平四郎), Taki (タキ), , Siegfried (ジークフリート・シュタウフェン), Talim (タリム）, Setsuka (雪華) and Zasalamel (ザサラメーレ） are the same or better; that, and the fact that I feel pretty good about my Japanese unit test coming up. However, my Common Human Diseases exam on Thursday is a different story...

Sweetness

Now onto fun stuff. Being the kind of person that I am, there are several subjects which have me excited right now. First of all, video games. there are numerous video games that I am interested in, but the ones that really capture my attention right now are Street Fighter 4, タツノコ Vs. Capcom (which I really hope comes to the US), Pokemon Platinum Version, Naruto for the PS3 and Wii, Tekken 6, and the Dragonball game for the DS. They all look like so much fun. Next, music. I just received the CD-box for the Ghost in the Shell(攻殻機動隊) Stand Alone Complex soundtrack, and I utterly enjoy it. With Murs, Mr. Lif, and MF Doom all coming out with new albums this year, it looks like there will be a lot more music I need to acquire. Third, there is so much going on the anime world, but I am really excited about the anime fan group I helped to form last year(which is growing now) and the release of Vol. 11 of the Neon Genesis Evangelion manga here in November. Lastly, I am excited to hear about the new species being discovered in the Great Barrier Reef during the last couple of days. A lot of stuff to absorb, sure, but it is all so かっこいい. はじめまして。スタンリイです。ぼくはアメリカじんです、そして　イリノイのフェニックスからきました。ノートルダムだいがくの　にねんせいです。せんこうはぶんがくです。どうぞよろしく。

Hello, everyone. I am Michael Stanley. I am originally from Phoenix, Illinois, a small town not far south from Chicago. According to the above passage, I am a literature major, but in reality, I have no idea what my major is. As to why I am taking Japanese, that is simple. I am deeply immersed in Japanese culture, and always have been since childhood through my grandmother, Hisako Yagi Stanley. She has been an great influence on my family. Because of her, my brother, cousin, and I have been watching anime since childhood (my first one being Juubei Ninpucho/Ninja Scroll), my cousin loves to play Go, I read manga regularly, and we all listen to Japanese music. That is the just the tip of the iceberg. Unfortunately, nobody in the family really learned how to read/speak/write Japanese, just a few words and customs here and there. i am taking Japanese to change that, and understand my grandmother's culture better.

So far, I have found Japanese to be a natural fit. The only part that is close to a problem so far is listening and grammar, the same problems I had when taking Spanish. Hopefully, that will end after a while.

P.S.: Yo también decio Español, pero no lo he usado en sobre dos años. Prefería practicarlo con alguien, también. Me choca la piensa de me olvidado de decir Español.
